Flooding : Will the property industry be left high and dry?

EVENT:

The severe flooding in 2000 caused widespread damage to homes and businesses and in response the Government and the Association of British Insurers created the Statement of Principles which ensured that widespread flood insurance would be readily available.  However, this agreement is due to end in July 2013 and with little sign of any suitable alternative, this seminar seeks to understand what this means for the property industry.
