Key industry and business speakers will debate whether recent signs of increased economic activity in the commercial property markets offer some hope for sustained economic recovery or whether this is merely a pause before a renewed economic downturn for the industry.
In addition the conference retains its popular MSP Question Time to press elected leaders on their role in providing the right regulatory environment for the property industry to flourish. With the UK General Election taking place this year the 2010 SPF conference will also examine the UK and Scottish political scene and ask what politicians can do for the Scottish economy and by extension, for the Scottish property industry.
