Broadcaster and Former Cabinet Minister Michael Portillo, Scottish Conservative leader Ruth Davidson MSP and Scottish Cabinet Secretary for the Economy, Jobs and Fair Work Keith Brown MSP will headline this year’s 10th annual Scottish Property Federation (SPF) conference.
All three will address the conference in March which will focus on the importance of attracting global capital to Scotland and in this local election year, driving economic development at a local level.
The conference, themed on Global Capital, Local Growth, will take place on 8 March 2017 at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre from 12pm-4.30pm.
The Conference is set to hear from policy makers at UK, Scottish and local government levels on how they plan to drive local economic development in towns and cities. There will also be interactive opportunities at the conference to enable delegates to question the speakers on their perceptions and insights of global capital and local development.
Other headline speakers include Scottish based developers such as the SPF Chairman and Quartermile Developments MD Paul Curran, as well as major investors such as Marc Gilbard, of Moorfield Group, Depute leader of City of Edinburgh Council Frank Ross.
