1 July: Flooding Bill must consider blight issues PDF Print E-mail

SPF is calling for recognition of flooding blight as part of the government's moves to improve the management of flooding risk.  The issue has been raised as part of the government's independently researched assessment of responses to the Flooding risk management consultation paper and a Bill is expected to be submitted to Parliament in the autumn.
