11 January 2010: SPF has urged the Scottish Government to renew efforts to influence behaviour and attitudes towards the use and consumption of energy by occupiers of commercial property, before opting for mandatory regulations to retrofit existing commercial properties in Scotland that are deemed to be below acceptable energy efficiency standards.
