In this section we provide information on SPF policy statements, research, consultations with the industry and we also provide a link to useful industry related publications.

Decisions on policy are ultimately taken by the SPF's Policy Board which is comprised of senior SPF members. The work of the Policy Board is supported by committees specialising in planning and development, building standards and sustainability, the commercial market and taxation liaison which co-ordinates views on taxation matters with our colleagues based in London (the BPF).
