The Scottish Government is consulting on changes to building standards and guidance in relation to general environemntal issues as they apply to newly built non-domestic buildings.  The government is seeking comments by 29th July but SPF members should return any concerns to David Melhuish by Monday 14th July.

Matters involved relate to flooding and ground water, a standard for condensation for non-domestic buildings and clarification of existing measures relating to ventilation.
