The Scottish Government's Expert panel on Building standards and sustainability, chaired by Lynne Sullivan, has made a far-reaching report to Ministers on a strategy for raising the sustainability performance of not just new building stock but also existing buildings.  The implications for not just developers but also property managers and investors, as well as tenants, are significant.
