The Scottish Law Commission has published a number of papers considering reform of land registration.  This forms part of the SLC's Seventh work programme which is due to finish by the end of next year (2009).

Registration and property transactions are integral to the functioning of the commercial property industry in Scotland and it is important, particularly from an investor's viewpoint, that we have as efficient and effective a process as possible.
